Prerequisites

Install the extension via Composer
Add the TYPO3 MCP Server extension to your TYPO3 project. Composer will automatically pull in the Workspaces extension dependency.

Ensure the extension is activated and the TYPO3 cache is cleared. Run 'vendor/bin/typo3 list' to confirm the mcp:server command appears in the list. If missing, re-run 'composer require hn/typo3-mcp-server'.
AI changes do not appear in the TYPO3 backend
All MCP operations route through the Workspaces extension. Open the Workspaces module in the TYPO3 backend to find pending changes awaiting approval. If Workspaces is not listed, ensure the system extension is active.
OAuth Server URL returns a 403 Forbidden error
